Due to this unique combination, it is important that we keep your unique exposures constantly in mind.  One way to do this is to offer Commercial Package insurance for your business.  Commercial Package insurance is necessary for any Bed & Breakfast Inn owner that wants to maintain their current level of business without suffering a financial loss due to not having an insurable peril covered; and is a requirement for CABBI membership.

The insurance coverage's associated with this program relate directly to the exposures and concerns for an inn owner.  Some exposures that may be necessary to have covered are buildings, outdoor property, back-up of sewers, personal property, fine arts, business income, mechanical breakdown, crime, and liability - general, personal, advertising, and liquor.  The list of these coverage's is for informational purposes only and does not imply that coverage is automatically included.
